Hi there

Really excited when I bought this last year, the top photo is what it used to look like before the guy i bought it off changed the sign writing, i'm keen to put it back to the monte carlo repilca stickers. I'm from NZ and we don't have many out there, so i'm fairly new to the world of cosworths. Just wondering if any body can tell me any more information about the car as keen to know a bit of history about it.

Also can anyone translate or tell me what the numbers etc relate to on the tag.

right hand drive motorsport shell.
all motorsport shells should have them, i have seen Gruppe N (group n) for showroom motorsport, and Gruppe A (group a) for international motorsport like rallying

i wouldn't show any id's of a cosworth on the internet though mate

england????.
if the car has been in the uk you can check with the dvla for previous owners,and if
its a well known rally team you may get more info.

I'm living in london at the moment, but have just shipped to car to NZ, where when I eventually go back will use it in anger. My old man is picking it up back home, and needless to say he's itching to get behind the wheel!
