10k deposit is no good if you want to lend 800k

Have you looked at any places?

Have you found anywhere in Lytham for around the 100k mark?

These cant be easy to find in this area surely?

10k is more than a lot op people have got at the moment so it could get you into your first pad if your status stacks up.

Property always sells well in the Lytham and St Annes area as it is a very desirable part of the county to live in, hence the prices.

Houses on the prom are going for in excess of 900k to 2mill at the moment and they are still selling.

Just propping a couple for a mortgage for one of the prom houses, 950k and they have 300k to put down.. But none of us can afford to put fuel in our cars..

How the others live....

Crazy isnt it.

No matter how bad things get in the economy once you get past a certain value, these houses still keep selling....

just been looking in the papers etc. there are some flats in st annes mainly yes but not a great deal! if i can i really want to stay in st annes aswel. sounds daft but id rather live in a flat in st annes than a small house in south shore/blackool purely for convenience of my work, garages, etc etc

That is far from daft, I know what postcode I would rather have and I know which will sell far quicker too.

Speak to you tomorrow mate.
