had my cossy out of storage and back on the road about 6 hrs before it got broke into! got it taxed, changed the oil went out in it came back home left it out and they were staight on it !! lucky didnt get it as im only 3rd party on it!

I had my first car stolen in 1997.

I was gutted, it was a renault 5 gt turbo phase one, had just had an engine and a load of work done too.

Had the car 2 months.


Thankfully that was the only car I have ever had stolen, thanks to good alarm systems, it tought me a lesson.

I had my saph well over two years before someone had a go at tryin to take it, luckly for me the clifford alarm i had fitted the week before did its job

According to the police they arrested the guy later on in the night after being called to a disturbance in the road opposite where my car was parked, apparently some 1 came home to find a twat breaking in to his beloved p1, so after giving the thief the beating of his life he called the police

My mate had an xr4x4, thieves kept tryin to nick it so he put razor blades under the door handles....................and got done!!!!! how pathetic is that!! but this was when they first came out

Touch wood i've not had an RS pinched but mine are garaged which is a massive help.
But we have the second lowest vehicle crime rate in the country and i think it's becuase it would be impossible for someone out of the area to come in pinch a car and try and get back to were they come from as the closest major towns and cities are glasgow 100 miles north, Newcastle 65 miles east and Preston 100 miles south so the would get caught on one of the motorways.

I had my S2 2days before it got robbed and crashed, The worse bit is i was awake at the time and could here a rs turbo and thaugh "Oh that sounds nice"little did i know it was MINE! LOL Gutted was a understatement.

Touch wood it hasn't happened yet........ I did have a load of stereo gear stolen from my car on the drive a few years ago though.

Had mine a week before I caught somebody outside my work doing the door lock. Suffice to say I went a little mental. He ran like fuck as I went for him with a claw hammer

My old Cos was stolen after 2 years of ownership. Would of helped if the thief didn't have a spare key and knew the valet code for the Clifford (Long story I wont go into details with)

I got done for no TAX on it 1 year later according to the Baliff letter. Had to get evidence from the Police it was stolen and found out someone oposite the car watched it drive off with a description of the thief. If I knew that 6 years ago I might of proved something BUT I now have an Escort Cosworth and a Skoda Octavia vRS, so come a long way since then

I bought my first RS, a fiesta rs turbo on september 22nd 2007 and it got stolen from outside my friends house on november 5th ( whilst we were getting pissed and setting off fireworks) however they didn't get it started thanks to the immobiliser, they did however push it to the other side of the estate!!! Its now sat in the garage gettin fully rebuilt! At least the smackheads cant get to it in there!

Never. Ave had a RS16i and now the cossie which sits in the drive along
with the bike

My first RS, a 1990 Series 2, got stolen a year after I bought it in 1995..

My second RS, a 1992 Fiesta RST, got broken into, shortly after bought it.

My third RS, a 1987 Series 2, got stolen maybe 6 months after I bought it..


Pretty much every performance Ford i've owned has been attacked/broken_into/stolen.

6 weeks later i another one lol
