Dad just got attacked outside my house !!!
My dad was leaving my house earlier so i said bye and next thing i know my wife shouts "QUICK YOUR DAD'S FIGHTING OUTSIDE" so i run out and he's scuffling with 2 lads about 15-16 (my dad is 62)........i smacked the one and grabbed the other by the throat. We were argueing for a minute and the one lad makes out he is calling the police so we back off and they run but in the meantime my wife has already called the police.
It turn out as dad was backing out of the drive (i live in a dead-end) these 2 pricks were walking down the middle of the road and bang his BMW so he jumps out and they both attacked him............one left with a black eye and a mouth full of blood coz my dad is ex bricklayer so his hand are massive.
The police turn up and we go off with them and find one but not the other and you guessed it he only knows him as Davey
I cant believe that young kids would attack a 62 year old man
they both reaked of booze so they thougth they were hard i expect.........how wrong they were.

if we did wrong we new about it & thought twice about doing it again now the law says you cant do a fucking thing so its only going to get worse

Actually the police were really good and asked if he wanted to peruse it..........maybe coz they went for him but i understand what your saying

Thing is i'm on pins now incase they come back to the house with a brick for the window or something coz we got a 6 month old little girl.

mate, hope all pans out ok
i got slapped on my doorstep 3 weeks ago, even i was starting to feel sorry for the guy as 3 mates of mine ran past me.
police said he,s well known to them.......................

Glad it all worked out ok! fair play for having ago.
Had a group of lads being a pain round my parents house once, went out to tell them to clear off etc, ended in a fight (luckily only one, his mates just watched!) ended up his parents wanted to press charges!! but the police were realy good, understood the situation and nothing more came of it!

I live in a nice area but there is a through path and i think their exams may have finished coz the police said there was a bbq local and they had taken loads of booze of youngsters last night.

a worrying but very accurate statement,
makes me realize just how lucky i am living where i do,it hated having neighbours or any folk near my house when i lived in a town.and its got alot worse now than 5 years ago.kids drinking needs stopped and the drug problem is out of control.
dont worry to much about them coming back,they probley got a shock and would be more embarassed about it and avoid you hopefully.and hope your dad isnt shook up to much either.
