Default Need a Lawyer or traffic offense, reccomendations?

was flashed by redlight camera and i've please guilty with special circumstances

got to go back to court on the 23rd of July and have the case herd properly. the good news is this means i have the chance of getting off

the bad news is i could also get totally arseraped so need a proper lawyer that specialises in this stuff, some sort of "mr loophole" would be preferable no way i'm gonna represent myself, i havent a fookin clue about this stuff

can anyone reccomend a london based firm that deal with this kind of thing that you dont need to be a premiership footballer to afford?

If he had stayed where he was and not gone through the red light and was asking advice and I said 'You did the right thing'. Then you would come along and say.. 'Execpt for slowing down the emergency service'.

Give this guy a shout in Norwich

Norfolk's very own celebrity lawyer has another client to add to his colourful roster.

Simon Nicholls, from Belmore's solicitors in Norwich, found out three weeks ago that he would be representing Naomi Campbell.

The above solicitor is well worth the travel and money, he's represented me in the past, real nice bloke as well.
If it was a case of going through red light to clear way for emergency services, you have a right to do so, PROVIDING IT IS SAFE TO DO SO, now you need to prove the case, get onto ambulance HQ to verify there was a amblaunce there etc, if it ever happens always write down number etc.

that pipipoo site should have some peole who will give you good recomendations

they do that sort of stuff for a living and at least you'll be able to read up on some otheres who might have been through the same proccess to see what the chances are of getting off/bumfucked/imprisoned/etc

also ask for an introductory discount as you know of at least 30,000 other peole who might be intrested in their services should they be able to get you off scott free on a technicality

you never know, you might be opening the door to a veritable goldmine for the guy you choose

i dont want to deal with a team of "trained advisers" in a callcenter, i want to deal with a real solicitor.

i've got 2 lawyers at work, but they deal with corporate law, plus i couldn't afford them they just laugh at me and tell me i'm fucked when i tell them whats going on

The IAM issued a press release today about dealing with emergency vehicles on the road - part of it says:
"Don't cross red traffic lights or speed to get out of the way. The emergency driver has training and legal exemptions that you don't have."
