Default That cossie idle fix.....

Read it on here, posted by Stu I think, where even with new idle valve they play up - something to do with cutting a wire or something?
I know most are dis-connected, but when you've a brand spaner idle valve unplugged takes the piss a bit.
Anyone know this fix please?

Should have said it was the problem where every now and then it would randomly rev up all by itself, otherwise it's 100% spot on for speed etc.
The exact same problem that was diagnosed as idle valve...!
