Business plans...

Anyone on here had experience of creating a business plan, leading to successful funding at all?

If so, what kind of things should I be including?

Any help appreciated please.

its a retail concept for products that dont exist on the high street in a one stop pick up environment.

the market is £40m+ at the minute. Its massive in USA and increasing in the UK
