Heres my P1.

Just my opinion, but Type R = Poor mans P1. DCCD and intercooler spray are both not needed for road driving, and the P1 is tweaked by Prodrive for uk roads, so better handing, better looks, and original upgrade options of 330mm brakes and 18" wheels. Also, some type r's have the short ratio gearbox, iirc 80mph = 4500rpm

If you do look at type r's try finding a V5/6 as these benefitted from the later interior which is a big improvement over the original.

Good luck mate.

Apart from the normal stuff, with service history being everything with these cars, hers a few things unique to the P1.
If its been modded with a de-cat or induction kit has it been re-mapped?
The Prodrive 330mm brake kit and 18" wheels were optional upgrades. These are worth a few more £££'s.
Look at the seat bolster, its impossible to get the material now, unless you get some seats from a breakers.
Scratched front windows are a common problem.
Check the fitting of the front spliter, it shouldn't be 'blended' to the bumper. Expect it to have loads of stonechips, if not its been resprayed.
Check the paintwork on the P1 spoiler, it has a tendency to crack around the back edge and where it meets the carbon tip.
The cars were fitted with prodrive mats, the shape of which is unique to the 2 door floorplan, 4 door mats won't fit quite right.
Should come with 2xdriving light covers and 2x driving light surrounds, should find the spare pair in the boot.
