hi,

can anyone recommend a training plan for a 10k run?

it's in october, so plenty of time.

can jog 2miles without stopping (or dying at the end)

any help with training or times etc?

if you can 5k you can push for another 5 done lots of 10ks you are sore the next day but its not very hard

 

Some 10ks are harder than others, I did the Liverpool tunnel 10k on Sunday and it was a hard run much harder than the last 10k i did, This was coming off training 3/4 days a week and running at least 30 miles a week. Not sure why it was such a hard run as i had got the miles in before hand. If you are looking at training plans look on google as there are load's of training technique's also the london marathon site is a great place to look for info and training plans.
