Was ment to start a job at one of my regular customers, only to get a phone call saying
"we have no electric, the pikieys have done it again!"
The pikies are nicking the electric cables from the pillons![](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/shocked.gif)

:shocke d:
im not talking about the massive massive ones, but the smaller ones which feed small areas/towns/villages like this size:
![](http://i114.photobucket.com/albums/n271/leeivatt/pilon.jpg)
they get 2 trucks one at each pilon. throw a metal chain up into the cables around the pilon. this shorts out the grid and the power is shut off. they then climb up the 2 poles and cut the cable!!!!![](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/shocked.gif)
this has happend twice in the last month!!! i know pikies are stupid, but arnt these things like 40,000 volts?
also whats happening is after they nick the cables just before dark about 8;30-9, they are then free to nick stuff under the cover of total darkness!
bastards!

cocks.
they recently knicked the cast drain covers down a lane at Wolvey too, thats not on- bloody dangerous for anybody going down there in the dark
