Default turbo question

the joint between my turbo and my downpipe seems to be leaking water, what does this mean, is it bad?

Are you sure its water?

That could be oil and if so, the seals are beginning to go.

I've had that a couple of times. At first I was alarmed then I ignored it and it hasn't happened since. Mysterious!
