PX4 are the new Proxes mate, so a variant on a theme. They will probably phase one of the other out eventually...

Same as the yoko Prada, you cant get Prada 3 for love nor money now.

i really like the toyo proxes, loads of grip in the wet etc but they are softish compound so dont expect loads of lifespan.

Thought they phased out the T1-S now and replaced with the T1-R's?

Yep, although around the country plenty of places have old stocks and odd sizes are still imported in T1-S flavour.

T1-Rs are newer, but some find the older tyre better. I know Stu@MSD and Dingy both had bad reviews of the T1-R.

By all accounts the PX4 seem very popular. Not used them myself, so no personal experience. I personally preferred the S over the R, so really hope the new tyre isn't worse still

T1S only going to be available is certain sizes
The T1R has re inforced outer shoulders, but they wear worse in this respect!!
My T1S lasted 16,000 miles, the R lasted 6,000 miles, and was not as goodm wet was about the same but dry the S was defo loads better.
