the uk army are now banned from using cluster bombs....
soon, the uk will not be allowed to shoot bullets at opposing enemies, they will have to tickle the cunts to death

did you know in the rules of war your also not allowed to fire rockets that have a range of more that 90 miles?
now, the whole point of war is to be as far away from the danger as possible

If you have ever been and seen the devastation that they cause, way after the 'war' had finished you would understand what I mean. Simply there is no need for them in modern warfare only the fuckwit countries continue to use them.

What like grenades, shells, depth charges, warheads, missiles and land mines?
An explosive is an explosive, Its designed to do one thing, and thats what they do.
But that wasn't my point, I couldn't give to monkeys what mess they make, My point was that he can ban a weapon, But he can't get our men out of Iraq and alike.

they will never sign the landmine treaties as they're the only effective weapon they have to defend the 38th parallel. don't really think they want north korea to launch an attack just to get some good PR.

Good idea IMO, I think its close to 60% of the bomblets from a cluster bomb that dont go off, instead they just hang around for the kids and locals to stand on. you telling me in this day in age with the technology we have that they cant develop something with a failure rate better than 60%

Thats more to the point, we shouldn't be off playing soldiers at the request of the US. The cluster bomb is an aggressive weapon designed for one thing only, invasion. they're fuck all use to us as a defensive weapon (unless you want to cover our own farms and fields with the things should an occasion arise, I don't think so)
The sooner we fuck the yanks off the better, we're all paying the price now of being in their pockets with the cost of keeping forces in Afghanistan and Iraq, they posed no threat to us, now the government is skint and is taxing us all through the eyeballs to pay for it, Nu Labour wankers, couldn't run a piss up in a brewery.

The current crop of cluster bombs have a timer so they detonate anyway if they have not found a target, but with smart weapons there is no need for them, SO LONG AS THE YANKS ARE NOT FIRING THE SMART WEAPONS!!
As for rules of war ?, the point of war is when it happens generally people don't give a shit about any rules.

what you will find is that we will have to agree not to use them, but the peole who we will be "fighting" won't give a shit and will use them regardless
