Transit van gearboxes......need info please :top:
does anyone know how common the T9 was in a transit van? reason been i need a bell housing from one (its the hooooooge bell housing).
i know a lot were MT75, but i'm sure there were a few T9's aswell.
and anyone got a bell housing lying around that they don't need aswell?

There were two types of Type 9.
Early one had a layshaft, and the front of the maincase was flat.
Late one had a laygear support stub bolted to the front of the maincase below the pinion cover.
The simple way to describe the difference is "round hole in bellhousing" or "keyhole shaped hole" in bellhousing.
We have one of the latter in stock
