ooooh congratulations!

i wouldnt get a 4d scan the babies always look very alien like to me, quite scary, plus it ruins the surprise of what it looks like at birth

Awwwww... Congrats to you both.

I'm expecting my lil girl at the end of June... not long now. I too was put off the 3/4D scans as they looked a lil freaky to me.. but I've seen a few lately that look gawjuss and wish I'd have gone for it.

my sister in law gave birth last night to a little girl, about 10 days early but she's in canada so news still has to travel

kids are the ebst thing in the world, regardless of how many nappies they go through or how awake they keep you at night

also, for anyone who's has a first baby recently or is due to have their first one, read books yes, but don't think "this book said this so why isn't that happeneing when it's supposed to?"

it's your baby and it's not old enough to read books to tell it what it's supposed to be doing at any given time, just think of it as advise
