Doe's anyone have any contact details for the guy that bought my old escos track car as im in a bit of a dilemnia .
I have had a bit of an ongoing arguement with dvla over non sorn or taxing of the veihcle as im no longer the owner of the car and have not been for almost 2 years .
All said and done ( my fault) may not have a leg to stand on and may eventually have to bite the bullet I did not send the log book off as he seemed genuine and was a friend of a user on PF .
Is there any other way I can argue the toss on this or just shut up and pay ?

I know where the car is sort of it was in a breakers type place up that way stripped to a bare shell I did contact the person via E-bay but no reply.
