Default Piston Ring help

I just bought accralite pistons and was wondering, the oil ring comes with two spacers and the ring itself.

The question is do all of the joins of the two spacers and the oil ring sit the same way?

Thanks

Do you mean two spacers as in

top
bottom (2nd)
then oil ring?

I think most people say put the gaps 180 degrees to each other, although I am sure I've heard people say space them out about a third each (someone here will correct if I'm wrong!)
