i am just pricing up a cgi block for my rs! basicly i want it to be 2.1 the company im getting it from bores it and and hones it to size so its ready to build! i basicly want to know what size bore it is for the 2.1 is it 88mm?

i think i remember something about the CGI block not being a stragith swop for the normal frs parts?

the block im getting is suited to the svt so st170 and im using the 170 head and will also be using the getrag box when i change so wont realy be a rs engine thanks anyway tho mate

I have had both blocks side by side and can't see any differences.

Don't bore and hone a block without having the pistons already.
