Pig, I run a 6 speed sequential from Elite. Its the il300s version.

Been really good so far, but only running upto 440/450BHP max at the moment. Elites customer service is second to none and I helped them develop an adapter plate to allow using the standard T5 bellhousing so an easy fit.

Drop me a PM if you want any specifics.

I did look at the quaife box but they just inspired with zero confidence when I spoke with them. Heard a few horror stories about customer service from them too but have never used them myself.

Stu

Exactly what I had heard with Quaiffe. I spoke to them at the Autosport show a couple of years back and they were just so vague about their box and if it could handle the power. They basically told me to go speak to one of their distributors!!! When spending the sort of money these boxes cost then you need to have some confidence.

Elite have been ace and dealt quickly with the couple of small issues I had. Dave Fenton is the man to speak to up there. I cant comment on how good they are at carrying spares or doing a rebuild as mines stayed in one piece so far, but given its their own box produced in house I would imagine they would be pretty quick.

They will also do whatever ratios you require which is nice.

Just looking on their website they have some new gearboxes available now which look interesting.

A front wheel drive sequential rated at 350 lbs/ft........Should be good for you high power FWD boys!!!

.......also a 4WD version of the box I have in my car too. il300-4X.
