I think BBQ would be fine for eveyone apart from the veggies... Shame they needed to know about meals so far in advance.

Not far really. Its Tuesday and these restaurants at the ring are VERY busy as a rule. You can book days or weeks in advance to get in them.

in all honesty i thought the size of the list was getting optomistic - theyve been very accomodating in letting us take 12 - 14 people there in the past.
