you would REALLY love it now mate! those tyres you had were truely mindblowingly shocking! I had no idea...
you drove it REALLY well too!
Well after you got used to it anyway! I think Stephen Hawking could have done a better first lap than you!

Best car and drive for me would be a Caterham R500 Superlight.
Was a glorious sunny day, I had a load of beautiful smooth country roads to play with. I simply pointed it down the road and went for it.
Best driving experience ever for me - nothing has ever come close. So visceral. Loved it.

What did your car do 125-160 in rod? About 4.5secs going by your site, right?

A 245hp Ariel Atom, fuck me it was fast and I've never driven anything so precise on track.
Drove a S55 AMG and a SL55AMG though which tbh are very comfy and obviously not slow.
Proper Group 4 Mk2 with 268hp atmo yb was the most ridiculous thing I have driven, far too serious for me to even attempt to drive hard as it was on the road.
I've only driven one Porsche and I think it was a 996, non turbo though and I was only delivering it back to a customer after cleaning it so I didn't thrash it but it definately felt different, in a good way.

what the fuck do you expect him to say? if he thinks that's the best that he has driven for the reason given, you cannot argue with that. i'm sure that he could have had a posh beetle or whatever else for the money that has been spent, but doesn't want to. each to their own.
you are the one coming on here all 'billy big bollocks' with your fighter jet that is not even relevant to the thread

Careful. Michael will call you a Nazi in a minute, even though he has such a poor understanding of the socio-political meaning.
All the toys, and such anger Michael! No wonder you're so friendly with Benni - you must be forming a miniscule penis club together!

Mikes Escort Cossie was a nice motor: Just felt like it had loads of brakes, loads of power and loads of grip.
TME & M3. I am starting to notice that I have driven loads of cheaper end older cars but not that many higher end more expensive motors. I was looking at GT3's and 996 turbos but decided against it before I actually drove one (probably a good idea as I would have had to figure out how to afford one after the desire had trully taken hold!)
Still haven't felt a car with more pin point steering than the TME with good geometery and formula R tyres. Wish i could get the M3 the same, think it needs a CSL rack and some hard sidewalls.

Formula Palmer Audi race car, my wifes Lotus Elan Sprint, and my car.
The Palmer car for the sheer handling/grip at Brands Hatch, the Lotus for it's character (now 145 brake - 770kg)
and mine (more recently) for the aceleration/traction for an old taxi
Just aquired a Merc 190e 2.5 16, what a super car, quite nippy, 19 years old, still feels quality.

I liked the 330i diesel, nice torque, smooth, quiet, not too much room inside though.
If I had the money, I wouldn't buy cars, I'd simply rent the ones I like and hand them back at the end of the week.

Just spent a fortune getting new PS2's new front rotors from performance friction, new pagids all round and a new stainless exhaust on it plus getting the geo setup properly after we "adjusted" it ourselves at croft.
Rack will cost a pretty penny and cups will cost around £1000.
The biggest benefit the car could see would be to get me on a drifting course or on a runway. I am getting more confident with it but there is still quite a bit more in it.
I'll go price the rack now lol..... okay... its £1000 just for the rack.... what on earth does it cost that much for?! lol - anyone got a spare CSL rack they wanna give away?
