Default cam changing

Having trouble finding a standard 4x4 yb exhaust cam but ive been offered a set of 2wd bd10's, so what would i have to change to fit them into a 4x4 head ??

anyone got any pics on what the difference is, is it just a case of using the 2wd cams with 2wd bearings and they will fit ?
