Default Mondeo Drive shaft NUt help

My 2001 Diesel mondeo did the front wheel bearing on the passenger side, i changed the bearing with a BRT bearing, changed the drive flange for a good one as the old one was worn due to damged bearing and also changed the drive shaft nut.

About 1000 miles later the same bearing went again, the drive shaft nut didnt seem that tight.

Changed the bearing and drive flange again and used a new genuine drive shaft nut, Done about 500 miles since and checked it several times for the correct torque setting and everytime i check it, it doesnt seem to be at its torque setting.

Anyone any ideas why the nut would keep loosening?

Thanks
