big thanks to butch and before and after pics of engine bay
just want to say a huge thanks to butch
he came round today at 8am to fit my cylinder head for me after he had got it ported and polished
lovely job on the head so at 8.30 we were cracking on fitting it
nice to hear my car fire up again after 3 weeks lol, so now just need to wait for my wheels to come back from refurb and its back
also change the style of the engine bay so here are some before and after pics, so glad i changed the style as it looks 100% better i think
thankyou again butch for coming down on a sunday
here the pics
before
after
also thanks to ian @ racetek for the heatsheld and various parts
matt lewis for the parts
and b9 kos for giving me the idea and help with the cam cover

i wanted to try and do something different and that wa sthe only way i could think of lol
i was a bit worrid at first that it wouldnt work out but im glad it did, though my coild pack should be the other way round but wouldnt fit due to fuel rail in the way, buts its perfectly ok that way up anyhow
next on the list is brakes or paint job, unless the transmission decides to shit itself

On the same note saw a few cars with carbon door handles at the pod - where can I get these from?

i got the carbon one from ian @ racetek
i need a heatshield in black so why not go carbon to match the other bits, still got more carbon to come but this is mainly interior an exterior
but if you run extra sensors then you will have to modify it like i did, s i run an extra lambda and egt sensor, i was almost crying drilling holes into it
