Not got a clue what rights she has, anyone have any idea's???

edit also he states she has been kicked out her house, me thinks she has every right to move back in if it is her house.

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!
i live in birminghan and if uv been kicked out and are now homeless they will find u temporary accomodation until a flat comes up that what happened with my mates anyway

Last year my mum and dad kicked me out the house and I slept down the local promenade in my car. the next morning I was sat in KFC and they phoned me and told me I wasn't welcome home but they forgot they had a hospital appointment and needed my car.
They then realised I hadn't stolen my dads Can of Coke Zero as he found the empty can in my brothers car and I was asked to come home.

from personal experiance,i could answer all sorts ,but it is difficult without details ie, age?
Basics are social services will offer a hostle if they cant reconciliate the family,or try relitives.
Then once a house/flat becomes available they go down that route,but if she is under 18 she will be monitored by social service visits.She may also have to share with someone in simmilar curcumstances.

Let me get this right.... you got kicked out of the house and told you werent welcome anymore because your brother stole a can of coke from the your dad.
You were technically homeless for a 75p can of drink !!
Fookin hell.... god knows what would have happened if you'd done something really serious..
What happened to your brother ? is he still living in a bush shelter ?
