Its finally here IM 40 !!!!!!!!!!

lets hope its true what they say, life begins now!!!! lol

quite chuffed really set myself a target on my last birthday to loose 10 stone
by today, after a 2 hour cardio workout and a sauna this morn i was spot on 10 stone lighter !!!!!!

Congratulations of loosing 10 stone, its not something I could ever do.

(simply because ive never weighed more than 8 stone, so it could be a bit dangerous loosing that much weight

As for being 40... I'm 40 in a couple of weeks and a friend of mine wrote a list of 40 things to do when you're 40... and then she set about doing them in the year...

Seems like a good idea......

im finishing work in 1 hour and intend putting at least 1 stone back on in Magners by Sunday, its been hard work but im well happy with results....
