Default re locating battery's

i'm thinking about moving my battery to the boot, does any body have any pic's of their's and any help would be greatly appreciated

Mines done with a fucking long thick cable for the live into a terminal in the engine bay, and the negative just strapped to boot. Battery is obviously strapped down in boot too.

Do you have to have a special type of battery though?

Due to the fumes that may come out from a normal car battery?

I was told this when I had my old ice install - so I had an audi gel battery that was a sealed unit

battery is the strong point of it all really ! i used a gel filled battery on mine for safety
