Default Wrote my car off today! (pics)

Fooking annoyed! All this damage was from around a 10-15mph impact into a small Pug 206 Hatchback!

Not overly gutted about losing the car but more pissed of with myself for having a silly accident! The car needed quite abit of work to really make it perfect but in 4 years of owning it, it has NEVER EVER let me down once in 40k+ miles!!

People mock Rovers but this cost me £300 about 4 years ago and has been THE most trouble free car I could have wished to owned! Was forced to get the Saph out the garage today after limping the Rover home and use that for work, the Cossie IS now the every day car! Thank fuck it's on Closed Loop!

Pics of said damage:

The car infront had a small hole in the bumper and a few scratches elsewhere, but no doubt the rear panel will need doing as I know aswell as anyone, bumpers flex!

Thanks FUCK it wasn't the Cos, and thankfully I won't lose any NCB, no claim on my part, just to delcare an accident for the next 5 years!

I could repair the Rover but having done it once already after hitting a big deer 3 days before Xmas 3 years ago I can't be bothered, that cost me £500 in parts alone with Dad giving me a free respray, again!

Never mind, i'm still here and enjoyed driving the Cossie today in the sun! Thanks to my faithful Rover, you will be missed!

What a bummer, quite a bit of damage for such a low speed impact I use a 416 as a daily driver quite happily (the gearbox went on my 620ti )

Nice dry weather to use the cossie, just keep your eyes peeled for 206's

I've not bought any shirts for a while, hence the Cossie getting finished so quick!

Funnily enough mate I was behind another 206 on the way home from work last night in the Saph! Pmsl Kept my distance big style I must admit!

Cheers Dave, may have sorted one this morning, need to properly finish the Saph before I can start abusing it!

Was it their fault? Because unless they accept total responsibility it could affect your NCB regardless of whether you claim or not. Different insurers have different views it, and some are worse than others.
