the escos box is no different to a sapphire box.. and an xr4x4 2.0 box (apart from the clutch arm).

the saff has a different out put shaft ( to the rear prop ) from the transfer box to the Escort. From memory the Saff , has a shorter larger diameter locater shaft where as the Escort has a longer thinner one...

i have a pic some where, i will try and find it if you like..

?

im lost on that

surely you can fit a escos box in a saf you just need teh front part of escos prop

or even the escort doughnut which you can get from ford lol

but yes only way to tell the difference is the escort shaft is longer that comes out the back

make sure its not a v6 box though

the escos one has a slightly longer bit sticking out of the rear end so as to locate into the rear prop doughnut

that's the only difference

everythng else is the same
