Not far off now, just going to go out, (yes in the rain)
To finish the map, got to "bodge" it as the map sensor won't read high enough and the new 1 hasn't come in time.
What time we got to be at brunters? And what happens if it rains?

Although i'm looking out the window and thinking, about tigging a screamer pipe back into the exhaust on the evo, just incase it rains. But i think my boost will creep too much.

I did
4.7 0-60
8.9 0-100
12.5 at 119.6.
140 ish MPH limiter in 5th.
Think this was my first run. Launch controll was 2 soft and the boost wasn't turned up enough

I reconize some of the cars in the video, is that a blue Audi S4 ? had a play with that on the motorway once FAST CAR ! (if its the one I think it is)

An ep3 civic running 470 iirc.
A cossie powered xr3 with skyline running gear.
the cossie powered catherham/dax type thing.
A bmw 335d.
And porshce 996? turbo.
My car does 38 in 1st
58 in second (bummer)
92 in 3rd (again not ideal for 0-100)
118 in 4th (again a bummer for the quarter time)
143 in 5th.
It did 140 i think with the limiter a little bit lower.
I was happy with it, road tyres and not the best surface, this was the first day ever for me to do something like this and the first day to test this car.

He did a 12 dead at 122 or something IIRC.
I was tempted for more boost to try and do a similar terminal. But with an 1.8bar map sensor on there and a somewhat "bodged" map i didn't want to risk it.

i think i did,1.43 to 30 . 3.99 to 60. 8.82 to 100. 12.02 to 1/4 at 122. missed 3 gear.lol.turned the nos on and it flew.but broke the rear diff in second.

0-60 in 3.5
0-100 in 6.9
Standing quarter in 11.5 @129
Was really pleased with these times given the surface there and being 2WD.
Was just building the top speed runs up to see what the car was like and did a 159 I think. It has loads left and was pulling it way before the brow on the hill but my pants were browning up a bit too much!
Tried a 0-100-0. Result was 1 snapped front wishbone and the other bent like a bananna under braking so had to call it a day there.
Was getting quicker and quicker as we got the launch settings better in the ECU. Shame it broke. Will be back again to do better and with some bigger balls for a higher top speed!!!! I reckon its got 170 in it.

these are all news to me as I had too much work to do to be there (always the way eh, do all the work to organise it, but dont get to go and enjoy it

Was meant to be 4 other approx 600bhp cars coming, and a couple other gooduns, but seems problems fooked em at last min, but thats thrashes and modded cars for you, happens every time, nobody fault, just the way cars are.
if anyone has any other properly quick cars that arnt stupid noisy, feel free to PM me, like said, we have plenty of thrashes so plenty of chances to come along
