All being well i intend to enter my 1st competition this year 25th May UKBFF North West in the 1st timers category eek
i'm shitting it but I'm about 7lbs lighter now than i was in that pic but alot leaner, hoping to make 13.5 cut on the day.

Stevecossy yep diets my downfall too but if i dont want to look anymore of a twat than usual i've got to be strict, just finished off 120grams of chicken breast with 1 small slice of wholemeal bread (no marg/butter of course), yummy, not
