Anyone had the same problems, its the 8gb Black version, I thought they all came with it!

Also, what compression is best for downloading videos onto it, can you download mpg4 or mpg to it???

Any help would be appreciated!

how long you had the phone as mine took a fw days till it arrived on there or at least until i could access it.

got it this morning! I just assumed it would it be on there from the start. So do they send it to you via sms then? I've upgraded from my last phone, so I'm still using the same sim card.

it WILL be on there! you just have to look for it!

I couldn't find mine as it had no shortcut... but it was buried in there! amazing quality as well.

No if you look in the menu - tools - video centre it will just appear in there today>2 days time.

'Tools' then 'File manager' then push right to access memory card, then look in 'my videos'

thats how Nokia told me to find it. It was there all along...

ok, just done the file manager, push right for memory card, my videos and its says "no data"! :-(

Why would that be?

One other thing, do you know if I'll be charged for using the wifi part of the phone for getting on the internet??? I've got a connection that didn't need a wap/security key and got on the net fine, but don't want to be hit with a hefty bill at the end of the month if I can avoid it! Does 02 charge you by the minute?? Sorry for all the questions!

Thats beyond me im vodafone mate, best call the shop/service provider on that one - surely its depndant on the contract your on.
