quick ps3 question
if i got a 40gb ps3, (not fussed about the backwards compatibility or sd slots), can i whack in a larger drive?
Some people have said I can without affecting the warranty, just wondered if thats the case?
Wheres the best deals at the moment?
Gonna do me research as usual before making a purchase, need my 50" 1st anyways
Thanks

Yes you can fit a bigger hard drive.
No change to warranty by the install.
HD you need is 2.5" (Notebook) - SATA

Try and get a 5400 RPM plus hard disk with lots of cache.
