good luck for that. I have a court case relating to an accident I had back in November looming. Dont want to think about it because its so close to my exams but good luck for yours and hope you get a good outcome

i remember many years ago i was reported by a copper for apparently being on the wrong side of the white line when a police rover came flying round-partly on my side of the road due to his speed.i was stopped further up by another copper.
i wasnt even on the wrong side of the road although i was passing some parked cars which meant i had to come out quite a bit.
i decided to argue it-took pics of the road with the cars parked there,paid £150 for a solicitor to argue my case for me.........
in walks i with a skinhead and argue my case-then in came the officer,swore an oath,had been in the force 20 years,said i was on wrong side of road.....
the outcome......
6 points and £200 fine for dangerous driving!

I thought you needed your licence in order for you to work?
What's happening with your position at BMW anyway? I don't recall reading anything about what is going to happen about that? Your job still safe?

Pani - es i do need my licence for my job. if i lose it for 2-4 weeks, i should be ok, any longer and they will have to 'review' the situation!

TBH does make me angry
, I do wish you luck, but as you deep down, probably thinking the worst, know you gonna get (in your words (ish)) bum fucked 
and yet you DO read about stories like the bigamist who get let off and dont care what some say, you aint gonna tell me that just for business reasons 
, as ive known plenty people that have actually lost there jobs because they couldnt drive, so what else is special about that case Steve

When I was facing the magistrates at southend over a driving incident, the solicitor said its what is known as a "hanging bench" for driving offences, cause if they were allowed to they would hang everyone who comes before them for anything driving related.
