I just cant believe
....How fat these fcuks on ITV are at the moment, jesus christ......monaing cuz they are being told not to eat loads of chocolate lard n cakes and have to skip for 5mins 
....and now they are looking suprised being told they ahve lose over a stone this month, becuase they didnt eat shit and did some excersise? fuck me...why didnt I think of that...it sounds so simple
