Default Ford Plastic Fuel Pipe & Pressure Connectors

Any one how they get the plastic pipe over the connection? is it a heat up job and the allow it to cool?

Basically just got a escort cossy rail and line and didnt realise they were plastic cover in rubber hose, thought they were just rubber, so now i need to somehow convert the end to 3dr items (if possible) sure it is with a bit of jiggery pokery.

so any suggestions welcome, and also anyone got 2 3dr fuel line pressure connectors as the escort ones are different

dont really want to quip the rail, prefer the standard rail, but want the escort one as its so much neater than the 2wd item, but if i have to i'll go back to a standard 2wd item or maybe a billet one aga in (just sold one)

there's a way to get them on and off the, so should be fine, as they work on pressure.

andy, that would be great if you can get it off ok?

think i've got one on my rail still so that would be the 2 i need.

The other option is to somehow join the plastic to the metal pipe via some for of rubber joiner.
