Default clutch problems! what to do need help!

i have a problem! i have a shit clutch in my s2 rst it a vieler or something and since it was fitted i have had a new engine put in and although im still running it in when its set up it will be running 200bhp at 15psi! my problem being is that i have been told by the chap that built my engine (havey gibbs) that the clutch will not be up to the job! now heres the dilemma will a ford clutch be up to the job as i only use the car at weekends and dont thrash the car all the time or should i bite the bullet and altough i cant really afford it (but if i had to i would) buy a AP 4 paddle racing clutch???
i would really aprieciate some help and advice!

An organic would do the job I expect.
Being gay wheel drive will want it mapped for boost to come in relatively easy so that would help too.

its gonna be set up when i have reached the running in miles! the organic clutch i have been told needs a load of extra bits to do with pedal so i have been told could be wrong! just means more expense!
