Sounds like it'll cost a few quid to put right. Depending on the work you've put into it you may be better off to buy another one and break the damaged car to recoup some of the costs.

doesnt look too bad - shame to break it.

but if it costs to much to fix then fair enough!

Don't look too terrible but it'll be the labour and painting that'll cost the cash.

that shell on ebay looks a good buy

its your cheapest option mate and you can also sell the bits of your old shell to recoup the money.

Easily fixed though...to be honest I wouldn't re-shell (I'd only consider re-shelling if you have a garage) its a lot of work to carryout!

That dont look to bad at all mate, defently not worth reshelling it, a reshell is a massive job and loads of space is need.

Unless your shell is rotton, just get yours repaired, should think you would be looking at around £500-600 all repaired.

my worst fears have come true. the chassis is bent. 700 quid plus to get it fixed.
Plan A: reshell on the shell on ebay
Plan B: build a monstrous mk2 xr2 turbo with my mates old xr 2 shell

who said it was bent? dont look that bad to me, new wing, s/h door and beat the rear panle out and paint it up. the other bits like skirt etc i would get off here or ebay/brakers or even try and fix them.
reshell sound to much for that, i would say go for the xr2 shell, but then i like the old mk2 xr2's so i would say that
