this isnt a for sale post as i dont own one,but my mate has a fiesta turbo engine that he has built upand was puttingin his project.but has decided against carrying on. and is thinking of selling on.im not sure what the engine is worth or if theres money to be made on it?

1600 fiesta turbo engine
fully balanced bottom end(crank,pistons,rods,clutch cover and flywheel)flywheel skimmed,arprod bolts.acl heavy duty bearings,goetze rings,new water pump,tensioner,burton power cam belt,high pressure oil pump,felpro grpa head gasket,all other gaskets are gen ford ones,efi head with light skim,cvh34 kent cam kit and pulley,efi inlet with all sensors,ofac ecu and loom with superchip.

havent got the foggiest what its worth as i normally only buy cossie bits.but is there money to be made in this or not?

really? i didnt mean thats what i'd pay for it.i meant sell it on at that but itstoo much presume. what sort of cash do you lot think?im used to buying cossie bits myselfso aint got a scooby doo on this!

£1700 ?! No chance.

If someone offered him £800 with the loom and ECU I'd class that as sensible money and any more than that bite the blokes hand off.
