So no bacon roll for brekky, ham sarnies for lunch are out.........
What the hell are we ''supposed'' to eat ? too much dairy is supposed to be bad, so that rules out cheese sarnies all week etc........
Getting crazy this stuff

It gets worse............
So for absolute safety if you like, it's no more;
Sausages
Bacon
Ham
Pastrami
Salami
Franfurters
Burgers
Not too much dairy i.e. cheese, milk, cream, eggs, butter
Vegetables according to Stavros above
Can't smoke cause that'll do your lungs in
Can't drink to excess cause that'll do your liver in
Air is now so polluted you can't even go for a walk without inhaling all the sh*t
Kind of limits a sane existence

What you are "supposed" to eat, is what the human body has spent hundreds of thousands of years evolving to eat:
Fresh meat with no preservatives or colourings and preferabley raw
Fresh fruit, NOT farm grown, but entirely natural, with no fertilisers or peticides or anything along those lines
NOTHING processed AT ALL
NOTHING cooked AT ALL
NO artificial sweeteners/colours/flavours/preservatives
And you shouldnt be drinking anything other than fruit juices (fresh not bottled) or water (but not from a plastic bottle or from a tap)
IF you could stick to all of the above, you would be more or less guarenteed not to get cancer IMHO
Effectively, that an IMPOSSIBLE task now, our bodies spent 100s of thousands of years evolving and adapting to survive on a diet that we just simply dont have available to use properly anymore, likewise the air we breathe isnt what we need to be breathing either.
There are just too many of us on this planet for us to actually live the way that our bodies want us to do so.

So what's the solution Chip

There isnt one particuarly, we've completely fucked the planet from a health point of view, its full of far too many people, and far too many chemicals.
The solution is to fuck off into the australian outback and live off the land, but even then you are going to be eating chemicals that shouldnt be in the ecosystem in the first place.
Move to another planet that hasnt been made unhealthy is the only real option, but that requires some resources you arent likely to have available.

So to sum up...... ''unhealthy fat slobs are from earth, and fine healthy specimens are from mars''

You can rule out any other animals that have eaten grass or vegitation grown on this planet too if you are getting critical about it, although they are a better option than people certainly.
cows eat grass which isnt too bad if you can find some that hasnt been overfarmed (unlikely)
To quote the greatest nutritionalist the world has ever known (al murray) "that cow has eaten all the veg i'll ever need"

ther are more americans than britons and they eat a lot more than we do so what has the research shown us?

the stats that one team come up with will be different to those of another team
if you have such a large variation of population your resluts ca never be as definative as you would like the to become as you simply can't terst 50 million people over a lifetime of thier diets
