focus side repeater!

anyone know how to remove the old ones on a focus? tried prising them off with screwdriver but no good!

wanna put some clear ones on

you have to push them down and then try to pull the top outwards with your fingernails
they are a pain in the @rse to get out!

use an old credit card or summot..... they're a tw@ to get off
