Default cosworth pulleys

Hi guys, this might seem a stupid question but, is it ok to run a 2wd ecu (L6) on a 4wd crank pulley, because the markings for TDC are in a different location I thought the CPS lugs might be out then as well. Just something I have been thinking about. Cheers
