Default intercooler/radiator

hello

Was just wondering when running a front mounted intercooler of any sort...how is the air fed to the radiator? im not that clued up really was just generally thinking?

On some cars i see huge intercoolers and the radiator behind it

The Intercooler is not 'solid'. Air passes through it, the trick is getting the Intercooler thick enough to be efficient, but not so thick that your coolant temps sky-rocket due to insufficient airflow.
