I want, or more to the point, need to sort out a few things with what I've got.

I've currently got downstairs a tv, cable/virgin box, dvd surround system (radio) and a video. The video is getting kicked out as I don't use it.
I'm going to get another dvd surround sound, with radio from Currys (I've got £200 of vouchers...any recommendations?) to plumb in downstairs so thats that sorted, I'm easily pleased

Upstairs is more of a headache. I've got a tv, video, dvd player, seperate music system. Again, I never use the video so that can go. I was going to use my downstairs surround system so the seperate radio/cd can go as well.

The main problem I have with upstairs is that I'm on an indoor aeriel. I want either freeview .....or to be able to use a sender of some sort to use downstairs cable/virgin, that hopefully works off a remote. What can I do to get decent tv reception as I don't really want to start running cables all over the place as I've got wooden floors so they can't really be hidden.

Any suggestions
