opinion poll,does fitting a 4x4 head on a 2wd block raise the compression ratio? and the reasons why?

Different shape combustion chambers, the pistons are different on 2wd to 4x4.

Fitting a 4x4 head on a 2wd block with std pistons will raise the C/R by approximately .2 so you would end up with 8.2:1 as the piston bowls are shallower in the 2wd piston.....

Lloyd, what's the problem? Swapping heads between 2wd and 4x4 WILL effect the CR.
