Cosworth Rear Wishbone Bush Removal
what is the easiest way to remove the rear wishbone bushes from a saph?
arms are already off & it doesn't matter about damaging the bushes as they are shot

will get some standard bushes as they come available or save for an adjustable rear beam, meantime some nylon bushes are going in which are quite hard as i need the car back on the road asap
