IMO 215bhp from a na cosworth isnt that special, i'm not saying it isnt nice, its gorgeous,but a run of the mill build , 250+ is easily obtainable on a fast road car, 280-310+ on a race engine

I haven't got time to read the full post but i don't really believe Rad needs to make an apology at all.
Surely TOTD shouldn't be discussing things like this with other customers anyway? If it's between them and Rad then that should be it, especially if action has been taken by either party. Not very proffessional of them imo.

Well ALL the TOTD customers are very happy except 1 . He was very happy at the time (look at is thread from November 07) with his car BUT months later all of a sudden he's not . Now these are the facts and they are true so you can moan + sob as much as you like . You can all gang up on me for saying it if you like but facts are facts . I know he doesn't like people sticking up for TOTD but i'm affraid that's what happenend in the last few days as their customers have had enough . I'm sorry if he feels upset but imagine how the others in this sorry saga feel . Cheers .
The very fact that you emphasise the words ALL by defining these in capital letters suggests that you are in fact certain of this information. Now obviously paying customers do not know every single paying customer or come into contact with all of them unless you spend every second of the day at the premises or have access to other customers personally identifying information.
A customer should not be privy to billing knowledge, complaint documentation or any other information that the company holds as this obviously has implications on civil privacy and the data protection action and the responsibility a UK company has for holding such information.
As stated by yourself... facts are fact.. which are usually supported by evidence and as such you have produced nothing to suggest you know ALL the customers at the very least, so why should anything else you state be more factual.. in my opinion it means simply speaking you are chatting shit and making wild claims
As a paying customer, you should be thankful that you obtained a high level of service, however I fail to see why anyone has exceptional loyalty for a company, its business... you pay them for what they do !! -- I do stuff for my friends for nothing, business does not work this way

Like Rad has previously said though, he never names and shames someone, he tries to keep it private.
But to be quite honest, i think it must've got to the point of wanting to name and shame because of the way they are doing business! Threatning with legal action because THEY cant do their job properly.
Oh, and Gaz, i am very very happy for you if you had a fantastic job done etc etc....some people have different experiences like everybody does, get over it. You are really being pathetic, and because you cant answer back to anything people are saying to you (because they have a point), you just carry on playing the same record 'find that thread from November 07'
