Default Trackdays

Hi Guys

Iv just got a company car whch means i can afford a second car to have some fun with. At the moment i have a Ka with a couple of mods (coilovers, alloys etc). My question is, if i were to put the Ka on a diet and lose some wieght would it make a good first time track car as iv never done a trackday or would it just piss the faster guys of? I was thinking it makes sence to use the Ka as i dont owe any money on it and i could just use it until im a more competent driver then get somthing with more power then.

What do you think?

as long as youv'e got the suspension set up right and its stripped completely some emergency streamlining (ducktape the crevices) some sticky rubber for the wheels i think it would be good round corners taking some bigger cars by suprise dunno if youve seen Performance Fords Project Peanuts might be able to get some ideas from them!!!!

It will be 100% fine, and until your ready it wont need to go on a diet.

Assuming you will be going to Oulton Park track days if your from Manchester ??
