what relay for escos windows?

as above, got someone with a window stuck half down, neither windows will move........ fuses all ok, anyone know what relay controls them?

cheers Nick, i found the folder of diagrams in the end, it was a problem in the fusebox, we probed it to get the window up & gave the guy a photocopy of the diagram so he could try to fix it himself.
I told him its probably worth buying a new fusebox, if its had 1 problem it will probably have more soon........
