ive got to fit a central locking kit to my missus'z mk3 cabby,,,
just wonderd if any 1 had dun it b4 and if it was easy enuf to do my self.. cheeRS

i used aftermarket ones on mine and just made a new loom up to fit

No need. What have you got to work with?

You need the contol box that goes to the right of the glovebox (on a small bracket), the master solenoid for the drivers door and the slave motor solenoid for the passenger door. You will need the latches as well.

Then it is a simple case of wiring the system together. Should be a +12v pickup connection in the edge of the loom behind the fusebox (red / blue trace wire that is quite thick).

Would not worry about aftermarket systems TBH as they only lock onto the original locking pin rod and if they slip, can cause all sorts of problems.
